Dan MacDonald, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. MacDonald has 22 years of experience in the oil and gas
industry. Most recently he has acted as an advisor to various
companies on international exploration opportunities, oil sands
transactions and Western Canadian petroleum activities. Mr.
MacDonald was recently the President and CEO of Canadian Voyager
Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas company with western Canada
operations and several international prospects. Mr. MacDonald has
also worked for a number of successful public oil and gas
companies including Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd., Canadian
88 Energy Corp. and Canadian Superior Energy Inc. (“Canadian
Superior”) (TSX:SNG)(AMEX:SNG).
Mr. MacDonald is a member of the Association of International
Petroleum Negotiators and the Canadian Association of Petroleum
Landmen. Mr. MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from
Washington State University.

Manjeet Dhillon, C.A., Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dhillon has been employed as V.P. Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of
Challenger Energy Corp. since February 1, 2006. From
August 2004 to January 2006, Mr. Dhillon was Controller of Shaw
Cablesystems G.P. (TSX:SJR.NV.B;NYSE:SJR), a NYSE and TSX listed company. From
August 1999 to August 2004, he was employed at Boardwalk Real
Estate Investment Trust (TSX:BEI.UN), the last position held with the company
was V.P. and Controller. This Company was a public
corporation traded on the TSX and NYSE, then delisted from the
NYSE as it began its conversion to a REIT in 2004. Mr.
Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of
Alberta and attained Chartered Accountant designation from the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.

Agustin Aparicio, Exploration Manager
Mr. Aparicio has been employed as Canadian Superior Energy Inc.'s
International Exploration Adviser since 2002 and prior to that was
Senior Consultant, International for Vintage Petroleum Inc.
(NYSE:VPI) of
Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Senior Consultant, Trinidad and Latin America
for Cometra Energy Inc. of Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Aparicio
was responsible for British Gas (LSE:BG;NYSE:BG) discovery of Carapal Ridge.
With over 24 years in the petroleum industry, both internationally
and in Canada, his experience covers a broad background from
petroleum geology and seismic interpretation to highly specialized
O&G development. Mr. Aparicio holds a B.Sc. in Geological
Engineering from San Andreas University in La Paz, Bolivia and a
Master of Science degree in Geology from the South Dakota School
of Mines & Technology.
